Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta Food recipe 

Here's a recipe for a simple and delicious pasta dish:


Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

8 oz. linguine pasta
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions:

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chicken broth to the skillet and stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.


Add the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta and cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the pasta and shrimp are heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
